To display a recipe, simply select the chapter you wish to go to. You can select the chapter by double clicking on the chapter, or by highlighting the chapters with the tab key and down arrowing until you reach the chapter, then press 'enter'. The first recipe in that chapter will then be displayed if no search has been performed, or the first recipe in that chapter that matches the search results.
Once you are in the Recipe screen, you may scroll the ingredients lists or the preparation methods to view the entire recipe. If the recipe doesn't interest you, you may proceed to the next recipe that matches by selecting the 'NEXT' button.
